Krystal Akers GrabmanSplash pads and covered parks are fine, but not everyone has kids. There are parks, pools, and activities for families all over the place, but very little for the pet parents. Throw us a bone here.2 days ago   ·  11
Jimmy KerseySeems like a lot of money for dog park, some of it need to clean and add to the parks, maybe a splash park. Instead of dog park.3 days ago   ·  8

Janice Alise PinoI sure hope this is true.....we were suppose to see a huge park behind Creekwood subdivision off Blue Mound and we have yet to see that. I hope Saginaw is better following up with their word than Fort Worth is.2 days ago   ·  1

Jimmy KerseyTo the dog parents out there in Saginaw, yall keep saying kids should go to the community pool that's fine as long as yall pay the 5$ per dog to pay for your dog park. All is fair, right!2 days ago

If you have a Chevrolet truck, listen up. Thieves, Metroplex wide, are targeting 20-inch Chevrolet stock wheels and tires. In just the first 15 days of the new year, Burleson Police have taken four reports. Another enticing item is tailgates because newer vehicles have camera systems in the tailgate. Reports have been taken in both north and south Burleson neighborhoods. Most thieves strike after dark. How can you be part of the solution? If possible, put your vehicle in the garage. If you don’t have security cameras on your home, think about investing in a system. Video evidence can make the difference in apprehending a suspect. Do you have an alarm system on your truck? Check them out. Partnering with the police department is another great way to make a difference. If you don’t have a Neighborhood Watch group, start one. The “job” of a citizen in a neighborhood watch area is to be suspicious, alert, and to report any suspicious activity to the police department. For everything you need to know about Neighborhood Watch, go to the City website page, http://http://bit.ly/Neighborhoodwatch. To learn more about how to prevent auto theft, go to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicle Auto Theft and Burglary Prevention page at http://bit.ly/txdmvautotheft.
